Coffee Meditations: After All These Things

After the night has gone, I will rejoice in my Savior. 

After the tears have been shed, I will still rejoice in my Savior. 

Amidst the pain of heartache, I can still rejoice in my Savior. 

Our Savior, Our God, we rejoice in you!

We rejoice because we see Your past faithfulness.

We rejoice for we know Your goodness. 

We rejoice because of Your great mercy and grace you have shown us. 

We simply rejoice because of Your steadfast love for us. 

Amidst the sorrows, amidst the heartache, let us hold fast to Your promises. 

Amidst the tears, let us not forget that you know our hearts and capture our tears. 

With our heart crys  and wordless prayers, you still hear us. 

O Lord, you are still present with us. 

After all these things, we can rejoice because You are our God.
