Life Updates...?

Its been about a month since I last wrote.  I have been busy, busy, busy.  I just want to update you all about what the Lord has been doing in my life.

1. I'm in my last semester of undergraduate studies! I'm super excited but also super scared. In all of my range of emotions, God has remained constant and faithful to me. 
2. God is forever faithful. The last month has been a month of trials and frustrations.  There were joys too, but many shed tears. I was frustrated with assignments, I was tired from a lack of sleep, my body was experiencing various ailments, and the many struggles with my family whether it be physical or spiritual. Through the tilt-a-whirl of life, God's faithfulness has been my constant. 
3. My two mom's make my life better.  It is an odd statement to say, but it's truthful to the two women I call mom. My biological mom and my step-mom have both impacted me spiritually. They both pushed me and drew me into a relationship with Jesus Christ. As I have grown up, the knowledge, the wisdom, the challenges, and the prayers shared with me have shaped me into the woman I am today. I am so grateful for both of them and that the Lord knew I would need both of them. Thank you, Lord, for my moms. 
4. My joy cannot be in people, but my joy is in Christ. I am so thankful for the people he has placed in my life both past and present. In the last few weeks, I have felt a sense of loneliness. I have felt lonely because I have very few people to share with precisely what the Lord is leading me to do and how he is equipping me to do so. I have friends, but I question how much they could understand because of our denominational differences. I will always love my brothers and sisters in Christ. I have leaned onto the Lord because he is my joy and my satisfaction.
